這間位於竹北的現代風格居所，記錄著一個五口之家的全新起點。

原基地本是盛滿歲月痕跡的舊屋，在女主人對生活美學的細膩主導下，展開了一場關於時間與空間的溫柔對話。我們透過精湛的設計語彙，將原有的侷促與沉悶褪去，輕盈地實現了這場令人驚豔的中古屋變身。

匠心雕琢的流線穹頂，開啟尊榮序曲

為了消弭大坪數可能帶來的空曠感，並滿足業主指定的風水需求，設計團隊在公共區域施展了流線魔法。玄關與客廳的天花板捨棄了生硬的直角，改以優雅如絲綢的弧形造型緩緩延伸。這份純粹的流暢感，來自於極其考究的極致工藝——為了追求完美的圓潤弧度，我們將天花板組件於工廠預先精準訂製，再運至現場由木工匠人一段一段細細拼接而成。

隱於其中的線燈亮起，光影在微醺的藝術漆面上溫柔過渡，將空間延伸得氣韻悠長。

風水與美學的協奏曲，隱藏式的空間魔法

公領域的靈魂無疑是那面加大加長的電視主牆。

牆體上方點綴著細緻的方形小崁燈，讓象徵繁盛的財位常年生輝，與低矮的溫潤木質地櫃、角落靜立的陶器，共同烘托出沉靜的內斂美學。

而沿著電視牆看過去，仔細摸索更可以發現別有洞天，深受業主喜愛的「隱藏式儲藏室」，不著痕跡地嵌於乾淨的立面之中，將日常生活所需的繁雜收納於無形，完美體現了我們對於機能與美感的雙重極致追求。

流淌於沙發旁的琴音，屬於家人的凝聚中心

音樂，是這個家庭最美的黏著劑。設計師別出心裁地將客廳沙發旁的空間與精緻收納櫃體結合，量身打造出一座優雅的鋼琴角落。這個空間巧妙地帶點包覆式的隱蔽感，讓孩子能安心沉浸在黑白鍵的旋律中；同時它又全然向公領域敞開，當琴聲揚起，音符便能隨意穿透客廳與餐廳，成為凝聚全家人情感的音樂中心。

優雅筆觸完美劃出私領域

這場慢工出細活的舊屋翻新作品，最特別之處在於其嚴謹的施工流程。

為了確保萬無一失，在平面配置圖定案後，團隊與業主決定先進行全屋拆除，再重新丈量並繪製 3D 渲染圖，徹底杜絕尺寸誤差。

這份細緻也延續到私領域的規劃，剛上高中的女兒房間妥善利用樑柱下方，打造出能容納大量書籍的深書櫃與寬敞書桌；而主臥室則依循女主人的夢想，微調為揉合新古典風格的優雅格調，特別訂製的實木造型線板門片，在靜謐的低彩度配色中，散發出如法式沙龍般的浪漫與詩意。

Located in Zhubei, this modern-style residence marks a new beginning for a family of five.

The property was originally an old house brimming with the traces of time. Under the meticulous guidance of the female homeowner’s aesthetic sensibilities, a gentle dialogue between time and space commenced. By employing a sophisticated design, we have gently transformed this once cramped and dreary space into a remarkably stunning renovation of a pre-owned home.

A Masterfully Crafted Curved Vaulted Ceiling: Sets the Stage for Elegance

To eliminate the sense of emptiness that comes with a large-scale interior while also fulfilling the homeowner’s feng shui requirements, the design team introduces a flowing architectural gesture throughout the public areas. Instead of rigid right angles, the ceilings in the entryway and living room feature elegant, silk-like curves that gently sweep across the space. This pure sense of continuity is the result of exceptionally meticulous craftsmanship. To achieve the perfect rounded curvature, we precision-customize ceiling components in our factory before transporting them to the site, where master carpenters carefully assemble them piece by piece.

Concealed linear lights illuminate the space, casting soft shadows that gently flow across the subtly textured art-painted walls, lending the room a sense of timeless elegance.

A Symphony of Feng Shui and Aesthetics: the Magic of Hidden Design

The centerpiece of the public area is undoubtedly the enlarged TV feature wall.

The wall is adorned with delicate square recessed lights at the top, ensuring the auspicious wealth corner, a symbol of prosperity, remains illuminated year-round. Together with the low, warm wooden cabinet and the ceramic pieces quietly resting in the corner, these elements create a serene and restrained aesthetic.

Glancing along the TV wall and exploring more closely reveals a hidden gem: the “concealed storage room,” a favorite of the homeowners. Seamlessly integrated into the clean facade, it discreetly tucks away the clutter of daily life, perfectly embodying our dual pursuit of both functionality and beauty.

Piano Melodies Beside the Sofa: The Heart of Family Connection

Music is the most beautiful bond that unites this family. With thoughtful ingenuity, the designer combines the area beside the living room sofa with a custom storage system to create an elegant piano corner tailored specifically to the family’s needs. This space subtly carries a sense of enveloped privacy, allowing the children to immerse themselves comfortably in the melodies flowing from the black and white keys. At the same time, it remains fully open to the public areas. Therefore, when the piano music rises, its notes can travel freely through the living and dining spaces, making this space a musical hub that brings the whole family together.

Elegant Design Touches Perfectly Define the Private Realm

The most distinctive aspect of this meticulously crafted old-house renovation project is its rigorous construction process.

To ensure flawless execution, once the floor plan had been finalized, the design team and homeowners agreed to completely demolish the existing interior before conducting a fresh site measurement and producing new 3D renderings, thereby eliminating any possibility of dimensional discrepancies.

These thoughtful details extend to the planning of the private quarters as well. In the room of the daughter, who has just started senior high school, the area beneath structural beams was cleverly utilized to accommodate deep bookshelves capable of holding an extensive collection of books, along with a spacious study desk. Meanwhile, the master bedroom was designed to fulfill the homeowner’s vision, with subtle adjustments to create an elegant ambiance that blends neoclassical elements. The custom-made solid wood panel doors, featuring ornate moldings, exude a romantic and poetic atmosphere reminiscent of a French salon against the serene, muted color palette.
